Namo Arihantanam - White

Arihanta - perfected man; Godman. The Arihant protects all who are non-violent. The White color is the mother of all colors; it is a blending of all colors. Represents pure knowledge. White shows purity and selflessness and cosmic consciousness. White has protective power against psychic attack. Cannot be used for personal gain or attack. White light rids the body, mind and soul of disease. White blood cells protect the body from disease. Chakra - Sahasrar.

Namo Siddhanam - Red

Siddha perfected bodiless soul; God. The red color is the great energizer. Red controls the Ajna Chakra (Third Eye Center of Command), which when awakened, will directly affect the Muladhar Chakra. This center governs the vitality of the physical body, particularly the creative, procreative and restorative processes. Red light causes red blood cells to multiply and envigoration of circulation.

Namo Airiyanam - Yellow and Orange

Acharya - master; head of congregation; represents organizational powers, control and discipline. Yellow shows wisdom and goal. Power to choose goal in life. Discipline. Yellow stimulates the Solar Plexus and controls the digestive processes in brain and stomach. Controls elimination. Strengthens the nervous system and awakens reasoning facilities. Eliminative action on the intestines and liver.

Orange is the wisdom ray. Shows developed power of the soul and strong will-power. Controls the Manipura Chakra. Assists in assimilation, distribution and circulation. Acts mentally on assimilation of new ideas. Relieves repression Combines physical energy and wisdom.

Namo Uvajjhayanam - Green and Blue

Upadhaya - teachers (showing how to awaken powers and maintain balance of body, mind and soul). Green is the color of balanced strength; the color of progress in mind and body. Harmony Soothing influence on nervous system. Tonic for body, mind and spirit. Renewing Yellow is the color of wisdom - mind, blue is the color of truth - spirit, green is the combination of blue and yellow offering a balanced body for both. Controls Heart Chakra.

Blue is the color of truth. Controls Throat Chakra - greatest creative center in man’s body. Power of speech. Relaxing, soothing. Blue rays bring calm and peace to mind. Healing color. Color of religious aspiration and devotion. By blue rays thought energy can be transmitted. Blue effects the development of spiritual and psychic powers. Both blue and green are the color of prana.

Namo Loe Savva Sahunam - Black

Sadhu - spiritual practitioner, monk. The practitioner must be protected from worldly attachments and must destroy negativities. Black is the absence of color. It is receptive; consumes negativities. Gives strength to fight negativities. Controls the Muladhar Chakra.
